Start drive from Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. On arrival check into the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast drive towards Janki Chatti. On arrival, begin a 6 Km trek to Yamunotri. Once you reach, visit the main Yamunotri temple for Darshan; and seek the blessings of Goddess Yamuna Ji. After paying homage, trek back to Janki Chatti. From here, drive back to Barkot. Dinner & overnight stay in the hotel. "Yamunotri is a sacred place as the origin place of The River Yamuna. One of four sacred pilgrims of Uttarakhand. It is located at the north of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. The temple was built by Amar Singh Thapa, Gurkha general in the 18th century. Later the temple was damaged & renovated by Maharani Guleria of Jaipur in the 19th century. The source of Yamuna River lies in the Yamunotri Glacier which is at a height of 6,387 metres (20,955 ft) near the Bandarpunch peaks."
After breakfast drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Uttarkashi In the morning after an early breakfast, drive towards Gangotri. Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the river Ganges & offer prayer to the Goddess Ganges. After Darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel. "The holy Gangotri temple is located in this sacred town. It is believed that at this place River Ganges descended on the earth after severe penance of King Bhagirathi. The Gangotri Temple was built by the Gurkha general Amar Singh Thapa in the early 18th century. The Ganges originates from Gaumakh which is accessible after a 19 Kms trek from Gangotri. During winters the temple remains inaccessible due to heavy snowfall so the statue of Goddess Ganges is brought down to Mukhba, a small village in Harsil which lies on the way to the Gangotri Shrine."
After breakfast drive towards Guptkashi. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Start the drive to Gaurikund. Upon arrival, start your journey on the zigzag and well-laid trail to Kedarnath, you can either opt trekking or there are other options of pony or horse or Doli available on rent. On arrival, proceed for holy Darshan of Kedarnath Temple. After seeking the blessing return back to Guptkashi for overnight stay. "Kedarnath Dham is one of the pre-eminent divine temples of Lord Shiva. Temple is situated in a breath-taking location, near the source of the Mandakini River. Kedarnath temple is the highest located among the 12 Jyotirlingas and is also the most important temple among the Panch Kedars (a group of five Shiva temples in Garhwal Himalayas)."
Today walk-up early in the morning & participated in the arti at an abhishek at Kedarnath temple & took blessings from Kedarnath ji. Later after breakfast, trek down to Gaurikund followed by the same way where you come from. On arrival Gaurikund Drive to Guptkashi and check into a hotel followed by dinner & overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Badrinath. On arrival check into a hotel. In the evening attend the Arti ceremony of Badrinath ji. Dinner & overnight stay. "Badrinath Dham is located between the two mountains i.e. Nar and Narayan, Badrinath Dham or Badrinarayan Temple is a holy shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The sacred temple is first among the four holiest Char Dham of India & prime among the Chota Char Dham of Uttarakhand. The majestic holy shrine is also one among the 108 DivyaDesams dedicated to Lord Vishnu."
