Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Kochi to Munnar
On arrival at Kochi Railway Station or Airport, you will be picked up and driven to Munnar, a scenic journey of approximately 140 km taking 4–5 hours. En route, visit the stunning Valara and Cheeyapara Waterfalls and explore the aromatic Spice Garden. Optional activities include the Adventure Park with rides like zip line, giant swing, Bali swing, as well as visits to the Handloom and Chocolate Factory. After the day’s travel and sightseeing, relax and unwind at your hotel in Munnar for an overnight stay.
Day 02 : Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore the charming city of Munnar. Visit the Rose Garden, enjoy boating at Mattupetty Dam, and explore the Tea Factory and Museum. Stop at scenic Photo Point, Elephant Park, and Echo Point. In the afternoon, head to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, and enjoy a soft trek amidst breathtaking landscapes. Day 03 : Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, the gateway to Periyar National Park. Day 04 : Thekkady to Alleppey
After breakfast, drive to Alleppey, the backwater capital of India. On arrival, board your AC deluxe houseboat and settle in, with lunch served on board. Cruise through the tranquil backwaters, gliding past ancient Chinese fishing nets, water lilies, lush paddy fields, coir villages, rustic homes, temples, coconut groves, and countless lagoons and canals.
